Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base within the industrial chemicals, composites, and polymers sector.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that consistently exceeds targets.
  • Identify and secure major corporate partnerships, leveraging your extensive network and proven track record in closing large-scale deals.
  • Revolutionize business development strategies, identifying innovative approaches to acquire new customers and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations on sales performance and market trends.

  • Demonstrated success in leading B2B sales teams within the industrial chemicals, composites, or polymers industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of an organization.
