Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Mundipharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head of Health, Safety and Environment in supporting the business in its health and safety obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Health, Safety and Environment in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
  • Provide support to departments and project teams in matters relating to health and safety and the environment.
  • Manage the internal and external safety data sheet system.
  • Lead or participate in the process hazard analysis programme.
  • Carry out internal compliance audits and aid in the delivery of practical solutions.
  • Monitor, evaluate and review Health and Safety policy, plans and practice, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma (equivalent) or working towards Chartered Member of Institute of Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Proven understanding of onsite work in Pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, food, research, or any relevant industry.
  • Role model for our guiding principles of high performance, patient-centricity, global first mindset, working with pace and agility, and integrity.
  • Highly collaborative with team members, manager, and business/functional partners.
