Job Title: Warehouse Solutions Design Engineer

Locations: East Midlands / West Midlands

Duties:

  • Lead strategic warehouse solutions by understanding client requirements, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and exceeding client expectations to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the company's overall financial success.
  • Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place for seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
