Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Care Specialist to join our team at Sterling Cross Ltd. As a Registered Play Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic and generic play and leisure activities for children with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide play and leisure activities for children with complex needs, creating meaningful and enjoyable memories in a safe and caring environment.
- Work alongside the Family Support Lead on Employee Relation activities and provide assistance, guidance, and leadership to the wider Play Team.
- Oversee all activities, promote good teamwork, and ensure all children have access to play and planning appropriate activities.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Health Play Specialist & registered with HPSET.
- Experience working with babies and children of all ages.
- Experience with babies and children with complex needs.
- Ability to travel around the East Midlands and get to rural locations.
