Exciting Opportunity for a Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager in a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support, and will be responsible for managing a team of staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Manager in managing the team and the service
  • Plan and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 3
  • Senior Support Worker experience
  • Must be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £27,000
  • A full-time permanent contract with 40 hours per week
