- Experience: Experience as an Optimisation Strategist, Optimisation Manager, or Digital Marketing Analyst, with demonstrable experience driving strategic decision-making that impacts business growth.
- Digital Optimisation: Exposure to digital optimisation, web analytics, CRO / landing page optimisation & personalisation, and SEO.
- Data Analysis: A proven track record leading and executing complex data analysis projects.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead conversations around priorities, impact, and resources with business stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tools and Platforms: Knowledge of data analysis tools and platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Medallia, and basic SQL.
