Job Summary:

Hastings Direct is seeking a skilled Claims Recovery Negotiator to join our dynamic Claims Recoveries team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support for our Recovery department, working closely with our customers to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our claims team to identify and resolve claims issues, ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, building trust and confidence in our claims process.
  • Collaborate with our recovery team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to enhance our claims resolution process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex claims issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of claims handling processes and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
