We are currently looking for a Customer Support Executive to become an integral part of a vibrant team within the Food, Beverage, & Tobacco sector.

In the role of Customer Support Executive, you will be essential in facilitating the seamless processing of our client's orders across various UK locations and with international partners.

With a keen eye for detail, you will handle order processing, address customer inquiries, and oversee logistics to guarantee timely delivery.

Managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, you will provide prompt and precise information to clients and collaborate closely with the sales team regarding pricing and minimum order requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee order management across different sites and international partners.
  • Deliver quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and regulations.
  • Work alongside the sales team on pricing strategies and logistics.
  • Maintain exceptional communication with customers regarding lead times.
  • Administer systems with consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist colleagues within the department as necessary.
  • Act as the primary contact for specific accounts regarding internal matters.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
  • Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  • Background in the food industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
