Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a
**Client Coordinator** to join our team based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

**Responsibilities**:- Management of existing certification clients to include creation of audit schedules (in line with accreditation requirements)- Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner- Monitor suspensions, expiring certification(s), annual audits and NCR completion- Ensure that the correct information is entered onto the certification database through running regular exception reports and amend/correct where necessary- Provide performance reports as required by the BUH/Operations Manager- Dealing with minor commercial enquiries from stakeholders- Support the team in the management of the credit control processesSkills / Qualifications:
- Experience of the Certification Industry would be desirable, however not essential- Experience of working in a target driven environment- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels- Experience of working within a customer service environment- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral- Strong team player- Self-starter with good organisation skills- Proactive, logical and methodical- Confident, punctual and well organised- Attention to detail
