**Responsibilities**:- Management of existing certification clients to include creation of audit schedules (in line with accreditation requirements)- Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner- Monitor suspensions, expiring certification(s), annual audits and NCR completion- Ensure that the correct information is entered onto the certification database through running regular exception reports and amend/correct where necessary- Provide performance reports as required by the BUH/Operations Manager- Dealing with minor commercial enquiries from stakeholders- Support the team in the management of the credit control processesSkills / Qualifications:

- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
- Experience of working within a customer service environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral
- Strong team player
