Client Relations Coordinator

Pertemps TM is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our customer service operations.

The Client Relations Team is pivotal to our organization, serving as the first point of contact in the customer experience journey. In this role, you will have the chance to support clients throughout their interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to adapt and utilize their initiative and judgment in managing client inquiries and expectations. Given the sensitive nature of our work, it is essential that our team members exhibit confidence, empathy, and a thorough understanding when communicating with clients in vulnerable situations.

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation: £26,000 - £27,500

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offering information and assistance to clients regarding various energy efficiency programs and community initiatives through phone and email communication.
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls while adhering to service level agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism and confidence.
  • Recording client interactions across company platforms.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams and industry partners to provide a comprehensive range of services.
  • Determining the most suitable communication methods (both written and verbal) to accurately update, advise, and refer information to clients and partners.
  • Identifying when to escalate inquiries and opportunities to senior team members.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when addressing complaints.
  • Attention to detail in reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in utilizing IT platforms.
  • Capability to manage challenging calls effectively.
