The ideal candidate will uphold a consistently high standard of client service for all stakeholders by effectively utilizing established processes and systems, ensuring that responsibilities are fulfilled in alignment with predetermined objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing Membership-related documentation in accordance with the Retention Policy.
  • Maintaining precise records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Addressing booking discrepancies and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Facilitating the comprehensive process from application submission to the issuance of results.

Educational Qualifications:

Successful completion of GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications.

Experience:

A proven history in a client services role, showcasing effective communication skills through various channels.

Knowledge:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate-level database IT skills.

Skills:

Outstanding time management, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in building and sustaining relationships.
