Client Relations Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Executive to become an integral part of a vibrant team within the Food, Beverage, & Tobacco sector.
Our client, a leading global provider of flavourings, extracts, and essences, is committed to delivering innovative taste solutions that enhance brand experiences and satisfy consumer preferences.
In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to significantly influence the company's success and operational efficiency.
As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the seamless processing of orders across various UK locations and in collaboration with international partners.
Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you handle order processing, address customer inquiries, and oversee logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
By managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, you will provide prompt and precise information to clients while working closely with the sales team on pricing strategies and minimum order requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee order management across different sites and international partners.
- Deliver quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pricing and logistics matters.
- Maintain exceptional communication with customers regarding lead times.
- Administer systems with consistency and accuracy.
- Assist colleagues within the department as needed.
- Act as the primary contact for specific accounts regarding internal matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
- Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience within the food industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
