Become a Key Player as a Membership Operations Support Specialist

Are you committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining precise documentation? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Membership Operations Support Specialist to facilitate seamless processes and outstanding experiences for all involved.

  • Organize and archive membership-related documents in accordance with retention policies.
  • Assist the Membership Team Leader with various administrative responsibilities.
  • Ensure accuracy in record-keeping across both digital and physical platforms.
  • Quickly address booking discrepancies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the membership panel for the assessment of applications.
  • Support the comprehensive process from application submission to the issuance of results.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
  • Experience: Proven customer service expertise across multiple communication channels.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database management systems.
  • Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
