Job Summary:

Hire Ground Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness to Practice Operational Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving improvements and ensuring regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of Fitness to Practice and other managers to deliver strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Risk Management: Analyze data to identify risks and proactively solve operational issues, ensuring regulatory decisions are robust and consistent.
  • Process Improvement: Implement agile strategies to anticipate regulatory changes and improve processes, meeting public protection objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage team performance, providing direction and coaching to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders and represent the organization, supporting the department's equality, diversity, and inclusion goals.
  • Deputy Role: Deputize for the Head of Fitness to Practice when required.

About the Role:

This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. As a Fitness to Practice Operational Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, managing fitness to practice cases, and providing administrative support.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
