Fitness to Practice Operational Manager

Join Hire Ground Ltd as we seek a highly skilled Fitness to Practice Operational Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring a strategic thinker who can drive improvements, collaborate with the Fitness to Practice management team, and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Fitness to Practice and other managers to drive strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and proactively solve operational issues, implementing agile strategies to anticipate regulatory changes and improve processes.
  • Ensure regulatory decisions are robust, consistent, and meet public protection objectives.
  • Manage team performance, providing direction and coaching to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and represent the organization, supporting the department's equality, diversity, and inclusion goals.
  • Deputize for the Head of Fitness to Practice when required.
