About the Role:
- Operations Management & Strategy Implementation: Lead operational strategy execution, setting goals, improving processes, and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency: Analyze and refine operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve quality, employing lean methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Manage key operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and utilizing project management tools for tracking and reporting.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize operational data to inform decisions, track performance against goals, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure operations comply with legal and regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality outputs through stringent quality control processes.
- Human Resources Management: Directly handle all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, development strategies, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies that promote a healthy work culture and support the company's goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of Operations and HR functions, including labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.
- Highly self-motivated and able to perform without continuous supervision and able to work as part of a diverse team.
- Prefer bilingual in English and Chinese.
