About the Role:

  • Operations Management & Strategy Implementation: Lead operational strategy execution, setting goals, improving processes, and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency: Analyze and refine operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve quality, employing lean methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage key operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and utilizing project management tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize operational data to inform decisions, track performance against goals, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Operations and HR functions, including labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to perform without continuous supervision and able to work as part of a diverse team.
  • Prefer bilingual in English and Chinese.
