We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Director to lead our fitness team and develop innovative fitness programs that deliver unparalleled fitness experiences to our members. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our fitness business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Fitness Programs: Design and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our members, including personal training, group fitness classes, and wellness services.
- Lead and Manage the Fitness Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional fitness experiences to our members.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through fitness programs and services.
- Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our fitness programs and make data-driven decisions to improve their quality and impact.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of fitness programs and services.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs and services remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
- 4+ Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a fitness management role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful fitness programs.
- Certifications and Qualifications: Certified personal trainer certification and first aid certification.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
