About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth. As the company's sole Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to increase sales and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert existing/dormant opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to build a strong sales pipeline and stay up-to-date with industry trends and methods.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers to ensure seamless execution of flooring projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of flooring projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
