Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who possesses a strong desire to comprehend and resolve customer challenges while providing timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to clients regarding our products and services.
  • Deliver both first and second-level support for engineering systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Research and Development team to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues swiftly.
  • Engage in hybrid work, with occasional site visits to support engineering teams.
  • Assist with Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) or Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning tasks as needed.
  • Utilize your engineering expertise to conduct training sessions for end users and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone and in-person interactions.

Qualifications Required:

  • Possession of a valid UK Driving License and readiness to travel to client locations.
  • HNC/HND qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Comprehensive understanding of PC and Server hardware and operating systems.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, C, C++, or Visual Basic.
  • Comfortable and confident in daily customer interactions.
  • Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and industrial process control frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PLC programming (IEC) and PLC hardware.
