Field Support Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Support Executive to join our team at Bluecrest Wellness. As a Field Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Field Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tickets raised by the Field Team and respond in a timely manner in line with agreed SLA's
- Manage the Field Support telephone line and click to chat function, ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly
- Organize your own workloads and priorities on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Research and answer all queries, liaising with other departments as needed and taking appropriate action
- Book hotel accommodation for the Field Team, working towards agreed KPI's to minimize costs
- Work closely with the results team to proactively chase and update any outstanding biometrics and ECG results, highlighting potential trends to the HAS Managers
- Liaise effectively with relevant team members to ensure smooth running clinics
- Assist with rota requests and/or cancellations/reschedules and sickness cover, supporting the Resource Planner
- Review timesheets and expenses, ensuring they have been completed and approved
- Support HAS Managers through note-taking on key investigations and disciplinary meetings
- Take full responsibility for regularly updating your knowledge against all field regulations, company products, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, and strong computer literacy
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback
- Ability to work in pressurized situations and take accountability for your actions
- Extensive customer service experience
