About the Role
Carnegie Consulting is seeking an experienced Academic Office Manager to join our team in Mayfair. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Coordinate visitor management, including reception and security.
- Oversee scheduling, meetings, and events.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the sustainability team to promote environmentally friendly practices.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, including first aid and fire safety.
- Communicate important information to staff via internal channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
