**Key Responsibilities**
- Taking incoming calls from Pension scheme members to assess their needs and ensure their enquiry is dealt with effectively and efficiently.
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service to meet the expectations of clients.
- Handling complaints and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing general administration and data entry tasks to support the team.
