Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Resolution and Information Manager to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Elected Members and Senior Managers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with elected members and senior managers to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Design and Deliver Training: Design and deliver training programs to staff and managers across Children's Services on complaints policies, procedures, and information responsibilities.
  • Develop and Agree Annual Measures and Budgets: Develop and agree annual measures and budgets for the Customer Resolution and Information Team, ensuring effective use of resources and achievement of goals.
  • Manage Team Budget: Manage the team budget, including the employment of self-employed independent investigators, to ensure efficient use of resources and effective complaint resolution.
  • Liaise with External Organizations: Liaise with external organizations, including regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional Qualification or Degree: Possess a professional qualification or degree in a relevant field, such as customer service, complaints management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Complaints Management: Have experience in managing and implementing effective processes for dealing with complaints and enquiries, including developing organizational policies and procedures.
  • Experience in Team Management: Have experience in managing a team, including staff working collaboratively to support each other and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to Work in the UK: Have the right to work in the UK.
