Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessments and interventions for individuals in crisis.

Main Duties

The role involves working with individuals who require urgent mental health support, providing detailed assessments and developing treatment plans to address their needs. The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with other teams, including Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, and the Crisis Line.

Person Specification
  • Recognised qualification in mental health - RMN, AHP, Social Care (AMHPs)
  • Sound knowledge of current professional staff development and continuous service improvement issues, particularly in the context of ADHD and personality disorder services
  • A good amount of post-registration experience or demonstrated competencies through Personal Development Plan
