About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our regional team at the National Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging and varied role, working with committed people at amazing places across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to think strategically about their teams and operational performance.
  • Support the implementation of people programmes and initiatives in the region.
  • Work collaboratively with the central People team to inform regional and national plans.
  • Build strong relationships, trust and understanding with senior stakeholders.
  • Use your experience of working in a large and complex organisation to ensure plans are sustainable and deliver organisational benefits and results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of broad HR Business Partnering with senior leaders on a range of issues.
  • Significant generalist Human Resources and Organisational Development experience.
  • A confident, credible and highly collaborative approach with creative problem solving and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of coaching managers and leaders.
  • Experience supporting organisations enabling greater inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.
  • Experience in developing and delivering projects, with the emphasis on delivering great results.
