Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our operations. This position will report directly to the Marketing and Recruitment Director and will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the facilities management of the office.
  • Handle financial administration for the marketing and recruitment teams.
  • Attend senior leadership meetings and document minutes as necessary.
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of action items from meetings.
  • Support the preparation of relevant reports and documentation, including data collation.
  • Prepare management reports for the Marketing and Recruitment Director.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings.
  • Manage travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Maintain group contacts and directories.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Experience with diary management using Outlook.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
