**Job Summary**
As a key member of the Watkin Jones team, the Children's Support Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to our 2 Operations Directors. This role involves:
- Managing the daily diaries of the Operations Directors, ensuring seamless coordination of their schedules and tasks.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as arranging accommodation and expenses.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to the Operations Directors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams.
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
