As a key member of the Watkin Jones team, the Children's Support Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to our 2 Operations Directors. This role involves:

  • Managing the daily diaries of the Operations Directors, ensuring seamless coordination of their schedules and tasks.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as arranging accommodation and expenses.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Operations Directors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.

**Requirements**
