As Children\u0027s Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive children\u0027s ministry at St Mary\u0027s Without-the-Walls Church. This will involve working closely with volunteers to create engaging programs for children and families, including weekly attendance at Sunday Services, storytelling, messy church, and seasonal engagement with schools and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a children\u0027s ministry strategy that aligns with the church\u0027s mission and values
  • Work closely with volunteers to create engaging programs for children and families
  • Attend weekly Sunday Services and participate in storytelling, messy church, and other children\u0027s activities
  • Engage with schools and the community through seasonal programs and events
  • Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers to ensure a cohesive and effective children\u0027s ministry
