Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Camp Manager to lead our team in Chester, Cheshire. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Kings Camps experience, including administration, planning, timetables, venue readiness, safeguarding, and supervision responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and implement our behaviour management policy
  • Oversee lunch, morning, and afternoon breaks, ensuring child safety is our top priority
  • Implement health and safety standards and supervise activities
  • Develop and deliver market-leading activity programmes
  • Build relationships with parents/guardians and ensure their needs are met

Skill Requirements:

  • 12 months' experience working with children and young people
  • Management or leadership experience
  • Childcare, sports, or teaching-related degree
  • Knowledge of Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
