Lead Children and Families Ministry

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our children and families ministry at St Mary's Without-the-Walls Church. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing programs that engage and nurture children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead weekly children's services, including storytelling and interactive activities
  • Coordinate monthly messy church events, promoting creativity and community building
  • Provide junior church provision during Sunday services, fostering a sense of belonging among children
  • Engage with local schools and community groups, building relationships and promoting our ministry
  • Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure effective program delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement engaging programs for children and families
  • Experience working with volunteers and community groups
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including Sundays and occasional evenings
