We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services to children and young people in West Cheshire.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans for children and young people.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and systemic therapy.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective risk management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families to promote trust and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in mental health to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Recognized qualification in a relevant discipline, such as nursing, social work, or allied health professions.
- Professional registration with a recognized national body.
- Significant post-qualification experience in mental health, preferably in a community-based setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
