Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Training Coordinator to manage the logistics and administration of our everyday work. This includes ensuring that all face-to-face and online events run smoothly, delegates are kept informed and supported, and that we have the right venues, trainers, and coaches to deliver industry-leading training and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bookings and manage course registrations.
  • Provide customer support for event-related inquiries.
  • Provide first-line telephone cover as required.
  • Provide first-line live-chat handling.
  • Send pre-course information to delegates and trainers.
  • Order, prepare, and ship training materials.
  • Update training materials.
  • Administer exams, including notifying candidates of results.
  • Schedule and coordinate all UK events.
  • Manage and communicate with venues and trainers.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Onboard new trainers.
  • Maintain stock of course and office supplies.
  • Handle office deliveries (inbound/outbound).
  • Perform general office administrator duties and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong organization and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly telephone manner and a passion for customer service.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based systems.
  • A positive attitude and openness to change in the business.
  • Experience within an office environment is desirable, but a strong willingness to learn and develop is paramount.
  • We are happy to consider applicants from a wide range of previous roles, with appropriate transferrable skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum A-level or equivalent (subjects that require good written skills, administration, or technical knowledge are desirable).
  • A degree-level education is valued and we are happy to consider new graduates, especially those keen to build a career in the training industry.
Working Arrangements

The role is available part-time up to full-time, between 25 and 37.5 hours per week. This would be Monday-Friday with a flexible working pattern available, but the hours requested must include 14:30 – 17:00 each day. Please let us know of any preferences within your application.

The salary is £24,000 WTE (whole-time equivalent), with the opportunity to attend training from our portfolio. We offer 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Location

Our team works flexibly, both from home and from the office. We can discuss a balance that works for you, including office-based, hybrid, and remote. You should be able to commute to the office for meetings and team-working days, as required.
