Corporate Security Officer

In this high-profile security role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of people and premises at prestigious client sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage access control for buildings and car parks, ensuring secure entry and exit for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols of buildings, car parks, and grounds to deter and detect potential security threats.
- Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Verify and challenge ID passes, maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
- Activate and deactivate alarms as necessary.
- Unlock and lock buildings, rooms, external barriers, and gates to prevent unauthorized access.
- Identify and report Health & Safety issues, providing first aid if required.
- Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, using computer-based systems.
- Substantial experience as a Corporate Security Officer is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, team working, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Capacity to deliver clear and concise verbal and written reports.
- Competent IT and administration skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to undertake development training.
- SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license.
- Five years' checkable history and references.
- Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) qualification.
