Job Title: Corporate Security Relief Officer

In this high-profile security role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of people and premises at prestigious client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage access control for buildings and car parks, ensuring secure entry and exit for employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular patrols of buildings, car parks, and grounds to deter and detect potential security threats.
  • Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Verify and challenge ID passes using a professional approach.
  • Activate and deactivate alarms as necessary.
  • Unlock and lock buildings, rooms, external barriers, and gates to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Identify and report Health & Safety issues and provide first aid if required.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents using computer-based systems.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience as a Corporate Security Officer is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, team working, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to deliver clear and concise verbal and written reports.
  • Competent IT and administration skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to undertake development training.
  • SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license.
  • Five years' checkable history and references.
  • Pass a criminal records check to the required standards.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) qualification.
