Fleet Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our corporate department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our corporate customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily running of our corporate department, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all email alerts, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Provide lead times to customers, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date throughout the ordering process.
  • Pass new orders to the corporate manager, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient processing.
  • Assist with ordering new vehicles from manufacturers, ensuring all specifications are checked and agreed upon with customers.
  • Prepare internal files, confirming onward delivery to customers and arranging necessary transport within agreed mile restrictions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to resolve queries, including debtors, and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Answer the corporate phone, providing a prompt response to all corporate customers.

Fleet Administrator Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar position within the motor trade, ideally as a sales administrator, CRM database administrator, or fleet administrator.
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to collate and record information accurately.
  • Ability to work to targets and deadlines, with excellent communication skills, both via telephone and written.

Package

We offer a competitive basic salary of £27,500 to £30,000 per annum, depending on previous automotive experience. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:30pm. If you are a motivated and experienced Fleet Administrator looking for a new challenge, please contact Jen at Jago Consultants.
