About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by processing customer orders, dispatching orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Order Dispatch: Dispatch customer orders using the appropriate transport company, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support, fostering strong relationships with our customers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support across all departments, including sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage sales invoices, process supplier orders, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in office management software and systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum.
  • Benefits: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, birthday holiday, Christmas closure, company pension with 4% employer contribution, opportunity to earn a twice-yearly sales bonus.
