About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to corporate clients, ensuring seamless vehicle sales orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the corporate department, ensuring efficient processing of vehicle sales orders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all email alerts and customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate lead times to customers and ensure timely communication throughout the ordering process.
- Pass new orders to the corporate manager for review and approval.
- Collaborate with the manufacturer to order new vehicles, ensuring specifications are accurate and agreed upon with customers.
- Prepare internal files, verifying specifications and customer agreements.
- Confirm onward delivery to customers, arranging transportation while adhering to agreed-upon mileage restrictions.
- Work closely with department managers to resolve customer queries, including debtors, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Answer corporate phone calls, ensuring prompt responses to all corporate customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade, preferably as a Sales Administrator, CRM database Administrator, or Fleet Administrator.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collate and record information accurately.
- Work effectively to targets and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both via telephone and written.
Package:
Basic Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 per annum, depending on previous automotive experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:30pm.
