Fleet Administrator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to corporate clients, ensuring seamless vehicle sales orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the corporate department, ensuring efficient processing of vehicle sales orders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all email alerts and customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate lead times to customers and ensure timely communication throughout the ordering process.
  • Pass new orders to the corporate manager for review and approval.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturer to order new vehicles, ensuring specifications are accurate and agreed upon with customers.
  • Prepare internal files, verifying specifications and customer agreements.
  • Confirm onward delivery to customers, arranging transportation while adhering to agreed-upon mileage restrictions.
  • Work closely with department managers to resolve customer queries, including debtors, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Answer corporate phone calls, ensuring prompt responses to all corporate customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade, preferably as a Sales Administrator, CRM database Administrator, or Fleet Administrator.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collate and record information accurately.
  • Work effectively to targets and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both via telephone and written.

Package:

Basic Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 per annum, depending on previous automotive experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:30pm.
