Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Services Coordinator to join our successful telesales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of sales, profit, and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales: Identify and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolios, working collaboratively with other sales staff to maximize potential.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of customer accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales and margin through product switches, special offers, and other initiatives.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
  4. Manage out-of-stock items, communicating effectively with purchasing and advising customers accordingly.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  1. Quality of Work: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, thoroughness, and a methodical approach to work.
  2. Team Work: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, sharing information and resources as needed.
  3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to listen, understand, and present information clearly and concisely.
  4. Customer Focus: Show a genuine interest in meeting customer needs, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and the organization.
  5. Initiative: Take ownership of tasks, managing time effectively to meet daily objectives and develop procedures to improve efficiency.
  6. Planning & Organisation: Adapt to changes, using resources effectively, and working with the line manager to set objectives, establish priorities, and develop plans.
  7. Flexibility: Demonstrate a willingness to work extra hours or assist in areas outside of the role, using initiative to ensure tasks are completed.
Qualifications & Experience:

Good communication skills, previous customer service experience, preferably in a telesales environment.
