Lead and Grow Paid Media Campaigns for a Diverse Client Portfolio

At RocketMill, we're seeking a driven and experienced Paid Media Manager to spearhead the success of our clients' digital marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing impactful paid media strategies across various platforms, including Search, Social, Display, Native, and Addressable Media.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives, driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor a team of paid media specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide coaching, training, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, identify key insights, and generate actionable reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of your strategies to clients.
  • Client Collaboration & Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and effectively communicating campaign progress and results.
  • Industry Expertise & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the paid media landscape, identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns.
Your Qualifications:

We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in digital marketing.

  • Extensive experience managing paid media accounts, exceeding annual management billings of £100,000 and media spend exceeding £500,000.
  • Active Google certifications in AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Display advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience across various paid media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, VK, Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Trade Desk), and more.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to clients and colleagues.
