About the Role

As a Paid Media Specialist at RocketMill, you will support the Paid Media Manager in planning and delivering campaigns across a portfolio of paid media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native, and Addressable Media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword research to inform campaign strategies
  • Develop audience plans to target specific demographics
  • Design and implement account structures and campaign ideas
  • Set up and optimize shopping feeds for maximum ROI
  • Manage bids and adjust campaigns to optimize performance
  • Analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics to inform future strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies for search and social campaigns
  • Audit accounts to ensure optimal performance
Essential Skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing campaign management
  • Experience leading media campaigns and managing teams
  • Google Ads certifications, including Search Fundamentals, Display, Measurement, Video, Shopping Ads, and Apps
  • Facebook Blueprint certification
  • Strong understanding of bid/budget management strategy and attribution models
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in an agency or client team environment
  • Knowledge of Snapchat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Display DSPs
  • Experience using the Google Marketing Platform
  • Ability to pitch paid media campaigns to potential clients
