Senior Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team at Prolific 10 Limited. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for leading the growth and strategy of our clients' paid media campaigns.
With a strong background in account management, client communications, and paid media, you will be well-versed in driving tangible results for our clients. Your expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads will be essential in developing and executing effective campaigns.
As our Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the strategies and performance of a portfolio of clients
- Planning, optimising, and analysing accounts to ensure maximum ROI
- Identifying new opportunities and optimising performance
- Increasing CTR, quality score, conversions, conversion rates, and decreasing CPC
- Maintaining a proactive approach to ad copy and landing page testing to improve conversion rate
- Competitor analysis
- Ensuring best practices and new developments are in place across all accounts
- Communicating to management on project development, timelines, and results
- Keeping up to date with search & PPC related trends and industry developments
- Creating reports for clients and management
- Day-to-day client communications
- Attending client meetings when required
- Assisting with new business development pitches where required
Requirements:
- 3+ years' agency experience
- An in-depth knowledge of Google Ads & Bing Ads (Search & Display)
- Experience in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience working with medium to large account budgets
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills with an ability to multi-task
- Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively
- Understanding of scripts and how to use them to better the account performance
- Comfortable with keyword bidding both automated/manual
- Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- A good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, Google Shopping)
