Job Title: Paid Media Manager

As a Paid Media Manager at RocketMill, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional results through strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement media plans that drive client revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of paid media specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Leadership, Creative, Data & Insight, and Business Development, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients to inform future media strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological developments to ensure RocketMill remains at the forefront of paid media innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing account management with a strong track record of delivering high-performing campaigns and driving client revenue growth
  • Active certificates for Google exams, including AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, and Display Advertising
  • Expertise in Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and VK platforms, as well as programmatic platforms such as DV360 and Trade Desk
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
