Senior Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team at Prolific 10 Limited. As a key member of our paid media division, you will be responsible for managing the strategies and performance for a portfolio of clients.
Your primary focus will be on planning, optimising, and analysing paid media campaigns to drive tangible results for our clients. You will work closely with our Directors to ensure we are creating the best campaigns possible and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the planning, optimisation, and analysis of paid media campaigns
- Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with the team to ensure best practices and new developments are in place across all accounts
- Communicate project development, timelines, and results to management
- Stay up-to-date with search and paid media related trends and industry developments
- Produce reports for clients and management
- Provide day-to-day client communications and attend client meetings when required
- 3+ years' agency experience in paid media
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with medium to large account budgets
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Understanding of audience targeting and scripts to improve account performance
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video, Google Shopping)
