Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business goals, and drives engagement and conversions across key platforms.
- Manage Social Media Channels: Oversee the management of our social media channels, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
- Content Creation and Planning: Develop and execute a content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and values, and drives engagement and conversions.
- Team Management: Manage and develop the organic social media team, leading weekly catch-ups and helping to prioritize workloads.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create weekly and monthly reports and insights on performance, successes, and key learnings to stakeholders and the wider teams.
- Budget Management: Responsible for organic budget management and organic paid boosting strategy to drive traffic to our website and grow our social media following.
- Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven social media campaigns.
- Strong Copywriting Skills: Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
