About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our EMEA team and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and customer-marketing strategy for Amazon across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth, volume, and profit objectives for Amazon in EMEA.
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Lead to develop the broader EMEA market ecommerce strategy and support the digital transformation of the wider commercial function.
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring year-over-year improvements in revenue, NSV/L, and gross profit.
  • Forecast and manage demand fluctuations across EMEA, utilizing insight and data to shape the ecommerce strategy.
  • Drive on-site visibility for key accounts through SEO, digital shelf best practices, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Customer Marketing teams on ecommerce-ready content.
Requirements
  • Major FMCG business experience with cross-functional skills in direct selling, managing, planning, and marketing.
  • Previous Grocery and/or Ecommerce account management experience essential.
  • Strategic account planning ability through JBP negotiations.
  • Strong experience in P&L management and developing new accounts.
  • Awareness of current ecommerce trends and media types.
  • Ability to develop strategy/annual plan and navigate across functions.
  • Passion for achievement, integrity, and drive.
