Responsable eCommerce pour la région EMEA

Localisation : Haddenham

En tant que Responsable eCommerce pour la région EMEA, vous serez chargé de définir et de gérer la stratégie, d'entretenir les relations clients au quotidien, ainsi que d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus, de volume et de profit pour Amazon. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec le Responsable eCommerce pour élaborer la stratégie eCommerce plus large pour la région EMEA et soutenir la transformation numérique continue de la fonction commerciale globale. Ce rôle est essentiel pour améliorer la capacité eCommerce totale de la région EMEA avec une approche omnicanale.

Le poste nécessite une pensée dynamique et une action rapide pour maximiser les opportunités à long et à court terme en matière de volume, de chiffre d'affaires net, de bénéfice brut, d'investissement média, de part de marché et de croissance des ventes.

Vous serez responsable du développement et de l'exécution d'une stratégie de vente et de marketing client complète pour Amazon à travers la région EMEA. Vous gérerez le compte de résultat en veillant à des améliorations d'une année sur l'autre en matière de revenus, de chiffre d'affaires net et de bénéfice brut. Vous devrez prévoir et gérer les fluctuations de la demande à travers la région EMEA, en utilisant des données et des analyses pour façonner la stratégie eCommerce. Vous travaillerez à améliorer la visibilité en ligne pour les comptes clés grâce à des pratiques optimales de référencement, de présentation numérique et de médias payants. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de marketing de marque et de marketing client pour créer un contenu adapté à l'eCommerce.

Expérience requise :

  • Expérience dans une grande entreprise de biens de consommation avec des compétences transversales en vente directe, gestion, planification et marketing
  • Gestion de comptes eCommerce et/ou d'épicerie antérieure indispensable
  • Capacité à planifier des comptes stratégiques à travers des négociations de partenariat commercial
  • Solide expérience en gestion de compte de résultat et développement de nouveaux comptes
  • Connaissance des tendances eCommerce actuelles et des types de médias
  • Capacité à développer une stratégie et un plan annuel tout en naviguant à travers les différentes fonctions
  • Passion pour l'accomplissement, intégrité et dynamisme

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Esprit d'équipe fort avec la capacité de travailler de manière transversale

  • Compétences solides en négociation et en présentation
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques, maîtrise de l'anglais et d'une autre langue européenne souhaitable
