Senior Manager of eCommerce Operations EMEA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales and customer engagement strategies for Amazon across the EMEA region.
  • Partner with local teams to align on the Pan-EU Amazon strategy.
  • Oversee profit and loss management to drive revenue growth and enhance gross profit margins.
  • Anticipate and manage demand variations throughout the EMEA market.
  • Coordinate product launch activities and content management for key accounts.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform eCommerce strategies and assess category performance.
  • Enhance on-site visibility and search engine optimization for primary accounts.
  • Create an annual operational plan aimed at achieving sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling eCommerce content.
  • Execute media campaigns and optimize essential performance indicators.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at growth.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and eCommerce account management.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities and financial insight.
  • Expertise in profit and loss oversight and developing new accounts.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce trends and effective strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively.
