About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Administration Assistant. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our healthcare services, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare teams, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage appointment schedules, including booking, cancelling, and rearranging appointments as needed.
  • Process patient information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with Caldicott Guidance and Data Protection Act 1998.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, relatives, and carers, ensuring a positive experience in our healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
